<p><span style="color: rgb(88, 102, 110); text-align: justify;">Traffic management system (TMS) in the field of road transport is an important part of intelligent transportation system (ITS) and smart city. TMS includes traffic estimation and optimization to improve the traffic conditions and reduce travel delays. Mining traffic data is a challenging task that can be used for traffic forecasting and improving traffic flow. We have developed a Java-based tool for real-time vehicle classification & counting, and speed measurement. It can generate historical traffic data, so that we can apply several machine learning and data mining algorithms to extract patterns/ information for improving TMS.</span><br></p><div><span style="color: rgb(88, 102, 110); text-align: justify;"><br></span></div>

<p><span style="color: rgb(88, 102, 110); text-align: justify;">A Java-based software for real-time video capturing and identifying vehicles, its speed and type. It is easy to install and connect CCTV with computer.
